Inspiration in design can come from anywhere and anything -- a great textile, a walk in a park, a stunning necklace...You just have to be open and aware! I shared my new painted stairs with you last week.

A few weeks ago I found these great Ralph Lauren pillows at TJ Maxx.

These are where I loosley drew my color and design inspiration for the painted design on the stairs. And speaking of Ralph Lauren, they have a new line called Willowwood Road and there are quite a few pieces that I really like.
